My ministry equips the people of God to hear and believe in the love of God in Jesus. Relationships deepen. Lives are changed.
Leading churches with 150-800 members,
I continue to find joy in the fundamental acts of worship - peaching, baptism, communion and prayer. Music is central to worship, and I enjoy singing the hymns with the congregation. I am led in worship through instrumental music, whether with the organ or guitar/drums. The Holy Spirit brings us together in worship, informs our minds and fills our hopes for tomorrow with the risen life of Jesus. Our friendship with one another brings us back to worship as we experience the stirring of the Kingdom of God in the congregation.

My devotion to Christ has taken me across our country. Seminary studies in Pittsburgh, PA and San Francisco, CA became ordained ministry. I served on staff in the Sunset District of San Francisco before accepting the call as a solo pastor in downtown Chicago, IL. Following that, I returned to Pennsylvania and accepted the invitation to serve as Head of Staff in a Pittsburgh suburb. My most recent pastorates have been within Ohio - small town, small city, and metropolitan settings. At present I am the Temporary Part-time Pastor for Firelands Presbyterian Church, Port Clinton, Ohio
Community meals and coffee fellowship provide rich opportunities to meet one another in spirit of Christ. Jeffry, who lives near the church aspires to be a writer.
Teo, born in East Germany and a child of the manse, plays in the worship band. Each enriches worship as they share themselves and their gifts.

To sit together at a table and enjoy a plate of the Easter morning breakfast casserole, in trust and without fear, is a gift of Christ to His people, and to everyone who visits His body, the church. Everyone is welcome, truly, when I am shepherd of the flock.
